Common Questions

How do I place a custom order?

We are more than happy to work with you to design the custom neon sign of your dreams! Please reach out to us here or at with the following details so we can create a quote -

1. Description of Idea or what you want the sign to say
2. Size
3. Font (if applicable)
4. Color
5. Acrylic Shape (cut to shape or rectangle)
6. Installation method: stainless steel screws, fishline, chain, hanging from ceiling
7. Dimmer needed (yes or no)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Free international shipping :)

What does my order include?

Your order includes your neon sign, a power cord, and installation hardware. If you would like to add on a dimmer remote - you can do so for $25!

What is a dimmer remote?

Your order includes your neon sign, a power cord, and installation hardware. We have an additional add-on option of a dimmer remote for $25. The dimmer remote allows you to power off and on with a remote, dim and brighten the sign, and use different automation settings such as flash or gradual dim and brighten.

Orders and Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

All orders ship for free, everywhere! Your sign will be delivered within 10-14 business days. If you need rush shipping, we can deliver within 8-10 business days for an additional $100 USD.

What is your lead time?

All of our signs are made to order and are 100% handmade! This means that our signs typically take between 3-5 business days to complete. After the sign is completed, we send it on its way to you. The sign will be on your doorstep 10-14 business days after you place your order.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is automatically applied depending on the state from where you place your order.

Return Policy

What's your cancellation / return policy?

We allow cancellations of orders within 72 hours of purchase. If you recieve your order and are dissatisfied, please contact us at with the reason for return and your order number within 14 days of sign delivery and we will do our best to help you with the situation. If we accept the return, a refund will be provided to you after we recieve the sign in its original, undamaged condition.

Do you accept returns for custom orders?

We do not accept returns for custom neon signs. If your sign arrives broken or damaged please contact us immediately at with 2 photos of the sign (front and back) so we can send you a replacement right away.

What do I do if my sign arrives broken or I am not satisfied with the design?

Send us an email at with pictures (front and back) of your sign along with your order number. We'll do our best to find a solution for you.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order of a pre-designed neon sign up to 48 hours after your order is placed. You can change or cancel your custom order up to 24 hours after your order is placed. Contact us at ASAP with any changes or cancellations.
